Brown & Gould is a civil litigation boutique dedicated to providing efficient, high quality representation to individuals and businesses in the state and federal courts of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and Virginia. The firm has two main practice areas: commercial litigation and toxic torts. In the commercial litigation practice, the firm represents individuals and small and large companies in a variety of business-related disputes. On the toxic torts side, the firm represents individuals who have contracted cancer and other illnesses as a result of exposure to toxic substances encountered in the workplace.
