Mr. Nichols is an associate member of Brown & Gould LLP. Prior to joining Brown & Gould, he worked as an associate with the law firm of Gilbert Oshinsky LLP, where he represented policyholders and other plaintiffs in insurance recovery disputes and class actions. He also maintained an active pro bono practice representing victims of Hurricane Katrina and in 2007 submitted testimony to Congress on behalf of a number of public interest groups outlining the difficulties in the insurance recovery process following Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.
Mr. Nichols graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2006. During law school he worked at the Consumer Protection Division of the North Carolina Office of the Attorney General and with the Business and Legal Affairs Office of Napster, Inc.
